32 years ago, my journey began with Jesus. I was living my life and He stopped me right in my tracks, an on the road to Damascas moment, if you will. He took ahold of my heart, introduced me to my future wife, opened my eyes to His love and I have never been the same.

      What an honor to be called by Jesus to share His life and sacrifice to those who are lost and do not even know it, just like I was. He sent me a soulmate right in the midst of it all to serve His purpose by my side. He has shown us great and mighty things on this journey as well as hard lessons to grow in a deeper trust in Him. 

       Jesus placed the name of Closer Walk Church on our hearts for a future ministry He would  plant when we were ready. After 4 years, Closer Walk Church was created where I was ordained before the church in 2009,  a short time later. 

       After 13 years, with over 250 precious salvations and baptisms, my wife and I are grateful to serve this body of believers the Lord has placed in our lives. What an amazing family we have at this church from every walk of life. Thank You almighty God for entrusting Your precious Word and the people You have placed to serve beside us. This calling has taken our breath away and we cannot wait to live the rest of our journey embraced by You!
